Weight Loss Management
The single most important step you can take today is to improve your overall sense of well being and your long-term health is to improve your nutrition. Exercise works the body; food makes the body. Don’t be alarmed at this statement. There are trillions of cells in your body, and each one is made up of, and nourished by, the food you eat. You cannot function at your best, if you don’t eat the best foods. Other things like exercise, stress-reduction techniques and other sensible methods used for better health make sense, but if you don’t improve your nutrition, these other methods will be pointless. Come highly motivated to get started learning how to eat the right foods in the right portion size with movements that will shrink your body.
This program is for those who want to lose weight and to keep it off.
It requires staying on the program for a minimum of 3-6 months with weekly follow up visits to discuss progress/challenges. Session duration – 15 to 30 minutes long.
- Complete assessment and consultation
- Review health history
- Body composition analysis (Optional)
- Discuss goals
- Develop healthy menu plan
- Develop exercise regime
- Identify stress reduction techniques (as needed)
- Provide Healthy meal guide based on food preferences
